Who we are

NCL Travel is run by Nelson London Ventures Limited, the UK based travel business behind NCL Tours. We provide guided tours, flight inclusive holidays and custom made travel experiences. We focus on clear communication, dependable suppliers and a professional service from enquiry through to return.

What we do

We act as a principal guided tour organiser, flight plus package provider and custom made package organiser. Our services may include, subject to your booking:

• guided group tours and escorted itineraries;
• flight inclusive holidays and flight plus arrangements;
• tailor made and bespoke travel packages;
• accommodation, transfers and ground services;
• trip planning support and customer assistance.

Nelson London Ventures Limited (trading as NCL Tours) is a Member of ABTA, membership number P6749. We follow ABTA's Code of Conduct and aim to maintain high standards of service.

Where applicable, flights and flight inclusive holidays are protected under the ATOL scheme (ATOL 10895), and you will receive an ATOL Certificate confirming what is covered. Some arrangements, such as accommodation only or flights only, may not be protected; we will explain what protection applies to your booking.

How we work

We work with a network of airlines, hotels, transport providers and local partners. We aim to provide transparent pricing and documentation, clear inclusions and practical guidance, so you understand what you are buying and how your travel will operate.

We encourage customers to take out appropriate travel insurance and to check passports, visas and official travel advice before departure.

Customer care

We believe excellent travel experiences rely on responsive customer care. If something does not go according to plan, we will work with you and the relevant suppliers to resolve issues promptly and fairly, in line with applicable regulations and ABTA guidance.
